Use the tracks you uncover to learn were they may be. Each track means AT LEAST one animal hide of the corresponding kind will be located in one of the 8 surrounding tiles

But beware! If you leave rabbits alone they will eat your crops, and foxes may attack you if they are hungry. When you uncover an animal, you must uncover the opposite kind with your next move. That way, the fox will chase the rabbits away. Two birds with one stone!
